The Citrix Workspace App Configuration File will connect you to the University of Sunderland's Citrix environment. This will need running after you have installed Citrix Workspace App. Please see the Installation Guides here.
Citrix HDX RealTime Media Engine will improve the performance of Skype for Business when running this via Citrix. The downloaded version below will be the only fully supported version.
