Due to the launch of the new wireless system we need to make some changes, and one of those is to remove any existing eduroam profiles from your device(s).  To do so please follow the instructions below for your device.

Windows 7

Step 1

Click Start > Control Panel, Select Network and Internet, and then click Network and Sharing Centre.

Step 2

In the task list, Select Manage Wireless Networks.

Step 3

In the Network table, please select eduroam and Click Remove.

Step 4

You may see a warning dialog box, just Click OK.

Windows 8 & 8.1

Step 1

Hover over the Sidebar on the Right of the screen.

Step 2

Click Settings, Select Change PC Settings. 

Step 3

Click Network > Connections.

Step 4

Under WiFi Click Manage Known Networks.

Step 5

Select eduroam from the list and Click Forget.

Close
