Desktop Anywhere is here.

 

After a successful and extensive pilot period, Desktop Anywhere (formerly referred to as Citrix) is now live and available to all University of Sunderland staff. Whether you are on the Sunderland, London, or Hong Kong campus.

 

Desktop Anywhere allows all staff to work when they want, and how they want, anywhere in the world. Staff can access their University desktop, giving them the opportunity to increase productivity with maximum flexibility.

 

All staff accounts have access to Desktop Anywhere and all you need to do is install it by following these guides. If you are logging in on a personal device, or off campus then this also requires DUO which is an additional level of security and is a second form of user authentication to help protect all of our systems and data.

 

If you already have Citrix Receiver, you will have to update it to Citrix Workspace App.
