During May, University IT Service Desk staff are supporting many students with their examination requirements. Due to this extra support there will be times when we will temporarily close our walk up help desk
We will publicise the opening hours ahead of time on our website. However, we are looking to have the walk up areas open from 10:00 until 14:00 daily. As we change our focus to ensure students have the best support possible with examinations, we will be relying on all staff to report any issues via the IT Portal as the usual way. However, for any urgent issues we will be contactable via telephone on ext 3333.
