The new staff address book and telephone directory is now available.
In a joint venture between Technical Services and HR, using the new address book and telephone directory you will now be able to view your colleagues' name, job role, department and extension numbers on iTrent.
The mail landing page and address book have a fresher look and feel, but still enable staff and students to login to their email account wherever they are, and access the updated address book functionality.
You can now view a colleague''s name, job role, department and extension when using the new address book, which is underpinned by data from iTrent
To ensure this functionality is as useful as possible please take a moment to ensure your details are correct.
