How to activate iCloud (Apple's back-up service)

How to backup manually to iCloud

How to set up Find My iPhone

With Find My iPhone set up on your device, you can do the following:

  • Locate your device on a map

  • Play a sound on your device to help you find it

  • Use Lost Mode to lock and track your device

  • Remotely erase all of your personal information from the device

How to find your phone using Find My iPhone

Description: Not essential, so you can add a name such as work 
Email: Your University email address will appear here.
Sever: Enter outlook.sunderland.ac.uk
Domain: Enter Uni
Username: Enter your university username for example ud0xxx
Password: Enter your University email account password
Description: The name you gave in the previous screen will appear here.
