To connect to the web based email, please go to https://outlook.sunderland.ac.uk
Exchange Server Details

| Username: | Enter your ITS username in the format UNI\username e.g. UNI\ab0xyz |
| Password: | Enter your usual ITS password |
Updating IOS devices
Users with Email allready setup on IOS (apple Ipad/iphone) Devices can amend this by following the steps below :
Apple Mail
- Select Settings
- Select "passwords & accounts"
- Select your university of sunderland Email account
- Select account (yourname@sunderland.ac.uk)
- Select and amend Server to Outlook.sunderland.ac.uk
Outlook for IOS
- Open Outlook APP
- Select Settings Cog icon in bottom left corner
- Select University of Sunderland Email account
- Select Edit Login Infomation
- Use Advanced Settings
- In the server Field Amend to outlook.sunderland.ac.uk
