Please contact the IT Portal in the first instance if you have any IT service issues, problems or requests. You may get a more speedy reply than if you email individual members of staff.

Visit us in person - We run a walk-up service desk alongside the Gateway team at the Prospect Building, and at the Gateway building.
Providing Feedback
If you have feedback you would like to give University IT, you can either provide feedback when your support ticket is closed via the automated Customer Satisfaction email you will receive or email the Service Delivery team at uitfeedback@sunderland.ac.uk. This email address is for feedback only and not as a mechanism to log support requests or enquiries.
